Toyota Extra Care Protection Plan

Safeguard your investment

Your Toyota is engineered for durability and backed by a comprehensive warranty. However, unforeseen events can occur. That's why we offer Toyota Extra Care Protection (ECP) Platinum with various terms. Our finance department Martin and Jennifer can guide you through and help you find the plan perfectly suited to you.

Comprehensive mechanical protection

Toyota ECP extends beyond your factory warranty, offering extensive mechanical protection for up to 7 years. With service available at over 1,500 Toyota dealerships across North America, your vehicle will always receive Genuine Toyota Parts and be serviced by Factory-Trained Toyota technicians.

Maintenance benifit program

To ensure your Toyota stays in good condition, use the Maintenance Benefits Program that comes with it. The benefits you receive depend on your vehicle's recommended service schedule and how many kilometres you drive each year.

Enhanced roadside assistance

In addition to mechanical protection, Toyota ECP enhances your roadside assistance, extending your New Vehicle Roadside Assistance plan through the ECP term. It also introduces new features like ECP Tire Road Hazard Protection, Trip Interruption, and Travel Planning, ensuring you’re covered no matter where the road takes you.

What’s Eligible

The plan covers original and replacement tires and rims, including summer, winter and all-season that have been purchased and installed at a Toyota dealership during the selected term.

What’s Covered

The plan covers expenses (including all parts and labour) involved in repairing or replacing a flat tire or replacing damaged rims (including alloy rims) caused by a valid road hazard*.

Trip Interruption

Road Trip Planning Assistance

Plan your next adventure with ease. Contact us at least 10 days in advance, and we'll send you a package with personalized maps, alternate routes, points of interest, tour and accommodation directories, lists of Toyota dealerships, and entertainment options along the way.

ECP Vehicle Rental Assistance

Receive up to $50 per day for alternate transportation, for a maximum of 5 days, if your vehicle needs to stay overnight at a Toyota dealership due to a warrantable condition requiring over eight (8) hours to repair. Get an additional 5 days if parts are back-ordered, up to a total of $400.

ECP helps protect your budget from rising vehicle repair costs while safeguarding the resale value of your Toyota. ECP coverage is fully transferable to a new owner if you sell your Toyota during the plan term, enhancing your vehicle's value at the time of sale.
