I wanted to thank your service department for helping me out on Saturday, July 11, 2015. The latch on the back of our Sienna had broken and there was no way to open the door for my disabled wife's scooter. We were visiting from Vancouver and had to return the next day. Without a replacement latch immediately available, the apprentice service technician came up with a creative solution involving a wire threaded into the back panel latch mechanism allowing us to pull the latch open from the outside. Your service receptionist was also most helpful in coordinating assistance in a busy time period.
Your dealership went above and beyond the normal and I just wanted to acknowledge this and express our deep appreciation for these efforts.
