I have owned eleven vehicles to-date. So no, this was not my first time buying from a car dealership. I brace myself going into Campbell River Toyota. I was prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesperson.” And then… they don’t come. Instead I was greeted by Tyler, at the time not know Tyler was the Sales Manager. Tyler was very friendly making me feel welcome after chatting for a bit he asked what brought me in, I told Tyler I was interested in a new Tacoma manual 4X4 off road truck. At that point Tyler introduced me to Product Adviser Alex. Alex is the best! He is amazing and made the process really smooth. I wanted a custom build and Alex went above and beyond to make it all happen. Alex was particularly knowledgeable and experienced in the car industry, providing detailed information about the Tacoma and able to answer all your questions. Over the week Campbell River Toyota Service Department was customizing my Tacoma Alex took photos and send emails, making me feel that I was a part of the build. Even tho I did not use CR Toyota financing, Finance Manager Jennifer, could not have made the paper work more seamless, and the process was very pleasant. If you are looking for a dealership with friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you then look no further. They’re friendly. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Campbell River Toyota!
