First of all I want to say how frustrating and stressful it is buying a car. Going to numerous dealerships and dealing with multiple pushy sales people. It seems as though some car sales people need to go back to school. I don’t know why sales people say the line “you better buy it now or it’s going to be gone!” makes a customer want to buy.
Our experience at Campbell River Toyota was top notch. Everyone at Campbell River Toyota was helpful and friendly. From the service department, sales persons, finance, and manager they were all amazing. They gave us the time to consider our purchase and didn’t push us in any direction.
Jami our sales woman was phenomenal and we couldn’t say anything bad about her. She was patient and helpful. The first words out of her mouth “we will go at your pace, I want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.” Her attitude of let’s see what we can do, was above the rest!!! We made the trip from Victoria to deal with Jami because she was amazing on the phone. She welcomed our business and made us want to deal with Campbell River Toyota!!! If you enjoy high pressure sales tactics go to the larger dealerships who belong to “you know who!” Support a smaller family owned dealership and they will treat you how a customer should be treated.
