Campbell River Toyota is closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation in Canada. The safety of our staff and customers, during this trying time, is our primary goal. One item which has become obvious is the amount we all rely on a safe and dependable method of transportation. Whether it is picking up groceries for those at higher risk, or simply getting out of the house for a drive, we understand that transportation is important to our customers.

Campbell River Toyota is committed to supporting its community in the safest way possible. We currently offer complementary pick-up and drop-off of service customer’s vehicles; included in the complementary car wash and vacuum is a full sanitization of communal touch points within the vehicle. As of Monday March 23, 2020, Campbell River Toyota sales department will be open by appointment only. We are committed to offer our valued customers the same high level of service they expect. Please direct all vehicle inquiries, or requests for appointment to info@crtoyota.ca.  In addition, we are offering a remote purchase program. This service will leverage technology to offer a streamlined purchase experience to those who wish to continue shopping from the comfort of their own home. What will this look like?

Step 1: Email us at info@crtoyota.ca to get started.

Step 2: Our professional Toyota product advisors will assist you in selecting the perfect vehicle.

Step 3: We will deliver the selected vehicle to your front door. The vehicle will arrive sanitized, and safe for you to test drive at your leisure over a 48 hour period.

Step 4: If you love this new ride, the necessary documentation can be completed via telephone and email. If this isn’t quite the vehicle for you, not to worry, we will arrange pick-up at your earliest convenience.

Toyota Financial Services(TFS) is also available to assist our customers through this time of uncertainty. TFS is offering payment deferral to customers on a case-by-case basis. Customers may request payment assistance by calling TFS directly at 1-800-661-3062
